Eligibility for Cancellation
Customers can request to cancel an order before it has been marked as completed. However, if a client decides to cancel the order without a valid reason, and the delivery time is still within the timeframe stated in the delivery terms of the product, processing fees will not be refunded.
Once an order has been marked as completed and the product has been delivered, it is no longer possible to cancel the order or request a refund.
Timeframe for Cancellation
Cancellation requests are only eligible before the order is marked as completed.
Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support via our Discord server. Provide your order number and the email associated with the order. Our support team will review the request and determine if it is possible to cancel the order.
Cancellation Fees or Charges
Processing fees associated with the order will not be refunded unless the cancellation is a result of an error on the part of Regional Steam Accounts. The processing fees will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is made.
Refund Policy
If the delivery of the order is still within the timeframe stated by the store and the customer is eligible for a refund, a partial refund will be made. Processing fees will not be refunded. For payments made with cryptocurrencies, we will only refund the amount received, including network fees. For example, if a customer paid 0.003 BTC for a product, the refunded amount will be 0.003 BTC, including any network fees.
If Regional Steam Accounts is at fault and cannot deliver the product on time, or if the product is out of stock or no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds for payments made with credit or debit cards usually take between 5 to 10 business days to process. For other payment methods, the refund process may take between 1 to 3 business days.
Exceptions to Cancellation
Once the product has been delivered, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be provided.
Cancellation by the Business
Regional Steam Accounts reserves the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or no longer available. In such cases, an email notification will be sent to the customer, and a full refund will be issued.
